Prince Albert RCMP believe two break ins at Christopher Lake are related.
One happened around 2 a.m. on Wednesday when three men wearing black and white bandanas to cover their faces forced their way in and demanded money and vehicle keys. One of the residents and one of the suspects had an altercation and both suffered minor injuries.
A car and an SUV were stolen from the home. The car was involved in a rollover and located the next morning. The SUV was tracked to Little Red River First Nation. Both are being examined by the Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Identification Unit.
There was another break in and theft to a home in a nearby resort area also on Wednesday morning shortly before 9 a.m. Some tools were stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact Prince Albert RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
