The National Lacrosse League team has announced that Derek Keenan will remain as general manager . . . and Jeff McComb will assume head coaching duties.
Keenan leaves the bench after eight years at the helm, highlighted by three NLL championships in 2015, 2016 and 2018.
This will be McComb’s first head coaching job. The 51 year old from Pickering, Ontario has been an assistant coach for eight seasons and worked alongside Keenan at various levels for more than 17 years.
Former Rush team captain Jimmy Quinlan will become the new assistant coach for the offence. Jeremy Tallevi remains in his role as Assistant Coach-defense.
