The newly built Prekindergarten to Grade 12 school in Rosthern was officially unveiled Tuesday and will be open to students when they go back to class amid COVID-19 on September 8th.
The province says the school was completed on time and on budget.The provincial government provided $26.5 million for the project. It replaces the Rosthern Elementary School which opened in 1968 and the Rosthern High School which opened in 1961.
The new school is designed for 400 students and is also home to a new child care facility with room for 30 children.
