An impaired driver with a two year old child in the vehicle. That’s what Regina Police came upon Tuesday afternoon. The driver was 1.5 times over the legal limit. The driver was brought to cells until sober and charged with Impaired Driving and Exceed .08. Police say a sober family member was able to look after the toddler.
