The Saskatchewan Health Authority is warning of a potential COVID-19 exposure in Prince Albert, Shell Lake, and North Battleford. Specifically: At Lake Country Co-op Food Store Cornerstone on August 28th from 12pm to 1 pm, the Memorial Lake Regional Park including the Mini-Golf course on August 28th at 2 pm and August 30th at 11 am, and the Shell Lake General Store August 29th between 3 pm and 4 pm. The Liquor Vendor at the Teddy Bears Den Shell Lake General Store from 3 pm to 4:30 pm on August 29th, and the Tim Hortons at Junction Highway 4 North and Territorial Drive in North Battleford from 7 am to 8am on August 31st.
Individuals who were at these locations on the specified dates during the specified times should immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and should call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing.
All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self-monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
