The Saskatchewan Health Authority is notifying the public that an individual who tested COVID-19 positive was at the following locations in Meadow Lake when the individual was likely infectious.

• Lion’s Park, SW edge of Meadow Lake along Hwy 4, August 26 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and August 28 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
• Lakeview Park, 304 8 Ave E, August 26 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
• Gateway Park, 507 5 Ave W, August 27 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
• Jubilee Park (school park) 718 5 Ave W, August 28 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at these locations on the specified dates during the specified times to immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and to call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing. All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
