The fire on Sunday evening around 7:30 in the 200 block of Avenue I South has been been determined to be arson.
The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a commercial building fire which took almost 5 hours to get under control.
Firefighters remained on scene until around 5 Monday morning to extinguish flare-ups and monitor hot spots.
The Fire Department reports there were no injuries.
The damage estimate is around $750-thousand.
