Around two o’clock Tuesday morning, as Saskatoon Police were investigating a report of a person damaging vehicles on the 200 block of Akhtar Bend in Evergreen, they learned that two people were seen exiting an apartment when a firearm was discharged. Officers found shell casings on the ground and then discovered the front door of an apartment was open. Police entered to see if anyone needed assistance, but found no one inside. Police were on scene much of the day to investigate. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
