Saturday Night at 9 p.m. La Ronge and Stanley Mission RCMP responded to a scene at a home located on the Stanley Mission First Nation.

The area surrounding the perimeter of the residence was secured by police officers to help maintain public safety.

Residents will notice an increased police presence in the area and are asked to follow the direction of the officers on scene. La Ronge and Stanley Mission RCMP thank the residents for their cooperation.

The investigation is ongoing.
