The S-J-H-L’s Melfort Mustangs are back on the ice.
The Mustangs had a player test positive for COVID-19 last week. But, all tests for the novel coronavirus taken by members of the Melfort organization this week have returned negative…hence to threat of spread of the virus. The Mustangs say they will resume normal day-to-day activities immediately while following public health measures. The S-J-H-L has yet to receive the go-ahead to start their 2020-21 season. RELEASE: Mustangs cleared to resume hockey activities
The Melfort Mustangs are pleased to announce we have been approved to resume our training hockey related activities.
All COVID-19 tests administered to members of the Mustangs this week have come back negative and there is no risk of the spread of the virus.
We would like to thank all the organizations for working closely and diligently with us. The Melfort Mustangs will continue to follow the public health measures. We look forward to resuming all normal day to day activities immediately.
