The Saskatchewan Construction Association likes what it hears from the Sask. Party on the promised home renovation program. The Sask. Party says, if re-elected, they would introduce a tax credit to make the cost of home renovations more affordable and help drive Saskatchewan’s economic recovery. The Association says it aligns with their priorities and advocacy efforts during the election, including private sector investment, promoting economic growth, and – assuming most of the work will go to Saskatchewan contractors – supporting local companies. Association President and CEO Mark Cooper says that overall, the announcement, “Will really help our members and the Saskatchewan construction industry at-large.”
