Update: Kiara Arcand has been found according to Prince Albert Police.

Prince Albert Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 13 year old Kiara Arcand.
She was last seen wearing a black sweater with white writing, dark blue jeans, and black and white Vans shoes. She is likely carrying a black and white checkered backpack.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Prince Albert Police.
