An elderly man had to be pulled from his burning vehicle after a single-vehicle accident in Regina. Police say it happened shortly after two o’clock Thursday afternoon at Arens Road and Woodland Grove Drive. The vehicle hit a brick sign and caught fire. The driver was rescued by two passers-by and was taken to hospital with what appear to be minor injuries. Police say early indications are that he suffered some sort of medical emergency. The matter is under investigation.
