The Saskatchewan Health Authority issued a potential COVID-19 exposure alert for the Econo Lumber Mart in Prince Albert on October 3rd. Which is also where and when the Saskatchewan Party held a campaign announcement. The Saskatchewan Party has issued a statement indicating that the business owner confirmed no attendees or participants in the campaign announcement had contact with the individual who was the source of potential exposure. In addition to not being in the same area as this individual, the required safety protocols were in place including mask usage, physical distancing and hand sanitization. Saskatchewan Party leader Scott Moe will self monitor for 14 days. None of those who attended with the Saskatchewan Party have experienced symptoms to date and the party leadership says if they do, they will immediately self-isolate and seek testing.
