Two teenagers are in custody following a robbery on Saturday.
Shortly before 5:00 p.m, the Saskatoon Police Service responded to a call of a robbery with a firearm that occurred in the 100 block of Dickey Crescent.
A man was approached by two teenagers, one of which they say had a gun and took the victims backpack. The boys fled, but were located in the area by responding patrol officers and were quickly taken into custody with the assistance of the Canine Unit.
During the arrest one of the suspects received minor injuries consistent with a dog bite and was checked by paramedics before being transported into custody. An airsoft pistol was recovered. The victim was not injured.
Two boys aged 15 and 16 are charged with the robbery and other firearm related offences.
