A 16-year-old male faces nine new charges, plus outstanding warrants, after being in possession of a loaded firearm during a traffic stop back on Friday night.
Saskatoon Police Guns and Gangs Unit, along with patrol, conducted a traffic stop at 22nd Street and Hart Road at about 9:30 Friday evening. The 16-year-old was a passenger in a vehicle and was found to be concealing a loaded sawed-off rifle in his pants…at which time he was taken into custody.
