A threatening letter that was directed at a female NDP candidate has been reported to the RCMP.

Party president Linda Osachoff says an anonymous note about Canora-Pelly candidate Stacey Strykowski was posted to a public bulletin board in Preeceville over the Thanksgiving Long weekend.

While declining to say what was said in the note, Osachoff did characterize it as a personal and political attack.
