The Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools Board has approved the sale of their Service Centre property on 45th Street. It was listed at $1.75 million and the board accepted a counter-offer from Lucania Holdings Limited for $1.6 million. The sale is pending inspections by the purchaser. A new Service Centre is being prepared on Fletcher Road. The expectation is that staff will be in the new building in January. The school division’s tradespeople, such as plumbers, carpenters, and labourers, work out of the service centre. It’s also used as office storage space. IT staff will also work out of the new building.
