Saskatoon Police say that a man is facing charges after Officers allegedly saw him assault another man Saturday night. Just before nine o’clock, patrol officers were in the 100 block of 109th Street West on general patrol duties when they observed a fight involving several individuals. Officers say they saw one man assault another man while he was on the ground. The 31-year-old was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault.
The 32-year-old victim was taken to hospital for treatment of serious but not-life threatening injuries.
This incident is not believed to be random.
