There has been a fatal vehicle/pedestrian accident in Regina. Police say it happened on the 4500 block of Albert Street. Police were advising people Wednesday morning to avoid the area. Emergency vehicles have since cleared the scene and traffic has returned to normal. The accident remains under investigation. Nothing else has been released.
