The Saskatchewan Health Authority says there will be a temporary change in services in Saskatoon health care facilities Monday due to the current weather and road conditions.
The Authority is encouraging people to not travel to health-care appointments and procedures that are not urgent. Call the number on your letter of appointment to reschedule or discuss whether you should reschedule.
The weather is preventing many health care workers in Saskatoon from getting to work. Delays are anticipated with home care visits and other health care services.
Hospitals remain open for urgent and emergency care.
Call HealthLine 811 for health-care advice and call 911 if you are experiencing an emergency.
