The Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce is expressing strong support for the province’s decision to take a targeted approach in addressing the rising number of COVID-19 cases in this province.
In an open letter to the people of this province, the Saskatchewan Chamber expresses its support on behalf of 34 associations, chambers of commerce, economic development groups, and the tens of thousands of employers and employees they all represent.
The letter acknowledges some businesses will be significantly affected by the new restrictions, but they believe a more widespread lockdown would be catastrophic to the survivability of Saskatchewan businesses.
The group calls on all residents to do their part and follow the restrictions and guidelines.
