A 25 year old Cumberland House man pled guilty to one count each of possession and distributing child pornography in Melfort Court of Queen’s Bench on Tuesday.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit originally charged Keayan Zachary Moore with four counts of possession and two counts of distributing child pornography back in November of 2018.
A search warrant was executed at a home in Cumberland House in relation to the investigation into the distribution and possession of child pornography on social media applications spanning between February of 2016 and November of 2018.
Moore has been sentenced to 354 days in jail followed by three years probation, a DNA order, and a sex offender order.
