Ruth Street will be closed between Vernon and McPherson Avenues to replace a water main starting Thursday at 8:00 a.m.

Access to sidewalks in the area will be restricted while work is underway. The project is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances. Detours will be in place.
