Wadena volunteer fire crews, RCMP and Shamrock ambulance were called out last night [mon] after a vehicle hit a moose on Highway 5 west of Wadena.
Damage to the vehicle was extensive, with the roof partially collapsed, and the front end smashed.
The highway was down to one lane for about 45 minutes to allow crews to attend to the patients and clean up the resulting debris.
There was no immediate word on how many people were injured, or the severity.
