Instead, it will be presented Wednesday morning at 10 a.m., with opening remarks from Premier Scott Moe and Health Minister Paul Merriman, followed by a technical briefing by Chief Medical Health Officer, Dr. Saqib Shahab and Saskatchewan Health Authority CEO, Scott Livingstone.
