A cocaine and fentanyl trafficking investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit has concluded with two people facing charges.
A high-risk vehicle stop was executed on Saturday around 6:40 in the evening in the parking lot of a gas station in the 1800 block of McOrmond Drive.
Two men were arrested and it’s alleged cocaine and cash were seized from inside the vehicle.
One of the men was later released.
Then, a home in the 400 block of Stensrud Road was searched.
A 25 year old woman was arrested and police report that $25,000 was seized along with 115 grams of cocaine, 27 grams of fentanyl, cell phones, scales, and other evidence consistent with drug trafficking.
A 35 year old man from La Salle, Quebec and a 25 year old woman are facing possess of cocaine and fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime over $5-thousand.
The man is also charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of identity documents of another person.
