A Saskatchewan-born musician and conductor from the Elbow area is coming home to this province to be the guest conductor at the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra’s latest live streamed performance on Saturday night.
Janna Sailor first performed with the orchestra as a teen.
SSO executive director Mark Turner says Sailor is an exciting conductor on the Canadian scene.
The performance is called Postcards from Buenos Aires and it features the sounds of South America.
Each of the symphony’s shows are performed live at St. John’s Cathedral taking into consideration all of the safety protocols for the musicians, and with a digital ticket you can take in the show from your own home.
