The victim of a homicide investigation which began January 19th has been identified. That night, emergency crews responded to a fire at an abandoned home in the RM of North Battleford. The remains of 29 year old Jordon Daniel Boire of Saskatoon were found inside.
He had last been seen the afternoon of January 19th and was reported missing the next day. Since then, the RCMP has been working with the Saskatoon Police Service and coordinating investigations. Police continue to investigate what circumstances led to Jordon Boire’s death.
Anyone who may have been in contact with him leading up to the fire at around 10:30 in the evening, January 19th, is asked to contact the North Battleford RCMP, or Saskatchewan Crimestoppers if you want to remain anonymous.
