The province has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Lubyk as a judge to the Provincial Court in Prince Albert.
Lubyk received his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1998. He began his career at a law firm in Prince Albert before moving to the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission in Prince Albert in 2000. In 2006, he joined the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General as a Senior Crown Prosecutor. His career has been primarily focused on criminal law.
