The Regina Police Service is repeating a public advisory regarding 46 year old Kelly Roger Furi who is considered high risk to re offend sexually and/or violently.

Furi began living in Regina’s Heritage neighbourhood January 4th in a home that provides supervision and monitoring of his activities. Since Kelly Furi was released into the community the Parole Board of Canada has imposed four additional conditions which include not possessing, acquiring, purchasing or accessing pornographic and/or sexually explicit material including sexual stimulants; not attending massage parlours and spas; not owning or using or possessing a computer; and any mobile device that is capable of text messaging, accessing the internet/social media and communication via telephone is subject to review by his parole supervisor.

Regina Police stress that releasing the information about Kelly Furi is so members of the public can take suitable preventative measures, not to embark upon any form of vigiliantism.

Kelly Roger FURI is a white male, 46 years old, 5’11” tall weighing approximately 228 pounds. he has brown eyes and short, grey/brown hair as well as a moustache and beard which are mostly grey in colour.

Original special conditions stipulated for Kelly Roger Furi:

– Must return to the residential facility nightly;

– Must not be in the company of sex trade workers;

– Immediately report all intimate sexual and non-sexual relationships and friendships with females to his parole supervisor;

– Not to be in or near areas where sex trade workers frequent;

– Reside at a Community Correctional Centre or Community Residential Facility for a period of 365 days;

– Follow a treatment plan/program to be arranged by his parole supervisor in the areas of family violence, anger, and sexual violence; and

– No direct or indirect contact with the victims or any member of their family.
