A 25 year old Saskatoon woman who is one of seven people charged in connection to the death of Dylan Chretien of Prince Albert is also going through the court system in a second homicide case in La Ronge. Chretien was reported missing in November of 2019 and Prince Albert Police report that his body was found a month later. Sharice Sutherland-Kayseas and a 24 year old Prince Albert man are charged with first degree murder, along with five others facing charges. Christy Roy and Brandon Smith are charged with second degree murder, while Brandon Daniels, Max Moostoos, and a 32 year old woman are charged with accessory to murder after the fact.
When Sutherland-Kayseas and the 24 year old were arrested, police stated they were both already in custody on unrelated charges. Sutherland-Kayseas is also one of five people charged in connection to the death of 28 year old Sheena Marie Billette of La Ronge in December of 2018. She, along with Charlie Napthalie Charles, Deborah McKenzie, and Tesla McKenzie are charged with first degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement. Kandi Rose Ratt was charged with accessory after the fact.
Sutherland-Kayseas’ next court date in connection to Billette’s death is April 19th and it’s March 4th in Prince Albert in connection to Chretien’s death.
