Regina Police have issued their 18th ticket under the Public Health Orders brought into effect during the pandemic. Thursday afternoon, police received a complaint of an unwanted guest at a home on the 800 Block of Elphinstone Street. Police allege the resident had several guests come and go, contrary to the Public Health Order limiting private gatherings of more than those who ordinarily reside there. The woman who resides there was given a $28 hundred ticket.
