Update: Saskatoon Police report, 11 year-old Makayla Shingoose and 9 year-old Aliyah Bear have been located and are safe.

Saskatoon Police are requesting public assistance in locating two missing girls.  

11 year-old Makayla Shingoose and 9 year-old Aliyah Bear were last seen at their school in the 400 block of Avenue J North, at approximately 11:30 a.m., Friday.  

Makayla Shingoose is described as 5’5″ in height, 130 lbs, with black, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.  Her ears are pierced.  She was likely wearing all black.

Aliyah Bear is described as 5’0″ in height, 90 lbs, with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.  She also has pierced ears.  She was last seen wearing a dark blue winter jacket and black boots.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Makayla or Aliyah is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service at 306-975-8300.
