RCMP in Powerview, Manitoba took no chances when their investigation led officer to believe a 29 year old man from Winnipeg was in possession of a submachine gun. They brought in the Emergency Response Team and Police Dog Services just after eight o’clock last night (wed) to go to a residence in Powerview, to locate Dylan Lennon Atkinson. But, when officers arrived, their suspect was gone.

Atkinson is wanted on a warrant for Uttering Threats, and a Canada-wide warrant for violating parole.

If you have information, call Powerview RCMP, or Crime. Atkinson is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. Contact police immediately. You can see his picture attached to this story at cjwwradio.com
