8th Street will have road and sidewalk restrictions between Clarence and Carins avenues starting at 8:30 Friday morning. Crews will be making sanitary sewer connection repairs. Detours will be in place. Two-way traffic will be maintained in the westbound lanes. The project is expected to take two days to complete. That’s if the weather co-operates and nothing unforeseen arises.
