The Saskatoon Police Service Traffic Unit stopped a vehicle Wednesday morning for speeding on Highway 16. The driver of the van received an $854 fine for going 165 km/h in a 110 km/h zone.

And on the weekend Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan pulled over a pick up on Highway 5 by Humboldt last weekend where the speed limit is 100 km/h. The driver was ticketed $876 for going 157 km/h.
