While some parts of Saskatchewan are already being hammered by a late winter storm, and others are waiting for the worst to come, the storm comes on the heels of a record warm day in the province.

Winds will gust as high as 100 kilometres an hour in the province combined with fresh snow which is reducing visibility in affected areas to zero. The Highway Hotline is also not recommending travel in some regions of Saskatchewan.
