Another big bill for a group of protestors in Regina on Saturday.
The Regina Police Service says issued a Summary Offense ticket under the Saskatchewan Public Health Act for violations regarding the participation in a public or private outdoor gatherings
At approximately 2:00 p.m. the Regina Police Service monitored an event organized to protest the provinces Public Health Order regarding COVID-19. Police estimate thirty people were in attendance at the protest, which took place in the 2100 block of Victoria Avenue.
Police say two women were issued a Summary Offense ticket for failing to comply with the Public Health Order by participating in an outdoor gathering that exceeded 10 persons.
