Combined Traffic Services Saskatchewan pulled over a speeder near Borden on Highway 16. The car was clocked at 147 km/h in the 110 km/h zone. The cost for speeding down the Yellowhead was $560. And the vehicle wasn’t registered so that added another $580 fine.
