Here is a look at some of the incidents Prince Albert Police dealt with this week
Police continue to investigate a report of a break and enter to a historical building in the area around the 3700 Block of 2nd Avenue West and Marquis Road. Police were dispatched to the area just before 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday and say no arrests have been made.
On Wednesday evening, just before 7:30 p.m, officers pulled a vehicle over in the 600 Block of 4th Street East. Upon further investigation, police located just over 22 grams of crack cocaine, 13 grams of methamphetamine, bear spray, Hydromorphone pills, and drug paraphernalia. A 29-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman are facing various charges.
Prince Albert Police have charged two men following an incident with a firearm late Thursday evening. It happened in the area of 15th Street and 2nd Avenue West, when the occupants of a vehicle reported to police that a man in another vehicle had displayed a firearm while stopped at the intersection. Patrol officers immediately responded and upon further investigation, were able to locate two men who they say were each in possession of a handgun. A 24 year-old man and a 27 year-old man are facing weapons charges in relation to this incident.
