A multi-agency online advertising campaign is trying to get the message out that the COVID-19 vaccines are safe and they are the way out of this pandemic.
It includes more than two dozen Saskatchewan health care organizations like the Saskatchewan Medical Association, the Pharmacy Association, and the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
A news release about the campaign says to tackle hesitancy the simple message is, “Hope is within arm’s reach” through the delivery of vaccines.
The message assures the public that the vaccines are safe and says, “It doesn’t matter how exhausted we all are, whether you’re young, healthy – COVID does not care. The only way to stop it is to roll up your sleeve and get your vaccine.”
