The Saskatoon Police Service’s Traffic Unit is reminding drivers to slow down after an accident near Dalmeny this week. Police say they clocked a vehicle allegedly going at 140 kilometers per hour when it lost control on Highway 16 north west of Dalmeny. Officers report the vehicle began to rotate and then rolled into the ditch. Police say the driver sustained only minor injuries.

Meanwhile Corman Park Police say officers pulled a vehicle over this week to remind the driver that Clarence Avenue is a 60 kilometer per hour zone. Officers report the driver was issued a $865.00 speeding ticket and had their vehicle impounded for 7 days due to exceeding the speed limit by 50 kilometers per hour.
