Saskatoon Police are looking for help in locating a missing 13 year old girl. Felicia Angell was last seen leaving her home in the 3800 block of Taylor Street East around 9 Sunday night. She is 5-foot-7, about 90 pounds with brown eyes, dark brown hair and a nose piercing.
