Saskatchewan residents are being asked to consider getting their shots at a local pharmacy, drive-thru or walk-in clinic…due to clinic availability based on vaccine availability and the demand for appointments outweighing the current supply.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority adds that residents shouldn’t be picky when it comes to the type of vaccine you could get at your clinic, saying that all vaccines are safe, effective and approved for use in Canada and help prevent serious illness and hospitalization. Types of vaccine also vary from clinic to clinic, depending on supply. The clinics are available to anyone aged 37 and over or with valid eligibility letters or other proof of being a prioritized frontline worker.
