One of the accused in the death of 31 year old Kevin Nataucappo was handed a seven year sentence this week in Saskatoon Court of Queen’s Bench.
Destin Mosquito, now 23 years old, was sentenced to seven years on a manslaughter charge, less remand credit of 842 days and to be served concurrently, with a five year sentence for a break and enter charge.
Four men were charged in the shooting death of Nataucappo, in a home in the 100 block of Howell Avenue, on September 21st, 2019.
A co-accused in the case, Devin Aldon Wesaquate, was sentenced to five years in prison for manslaughter.
