The City of Prince Albert says the new playground at AC Howard Park is set to begin construction in mid-June with completion targeted for mid-July. The updated design came about after public consultation with nearby residents.
It will include features not found at any other playground in the city. The upgrade will include 3 round picnic tables with concrete bases, 2 slate-back and seat-style benches with concrete bases, 3 garbage/recycling bins and a new park entrance sign.
This upgrade is part of the City’s Playground Replacement Program.
