The RCMP Major Crime Unit-South has concluded the abduction investigation from last weekend and no charges will be laid. Saturday night, RCMP and Regina Police were alerted when a member of the public had received a concerning Facebook message from 30 year old Stephanie Bruch, of Regina.
The suspect vehicle was found south of Ituna on Highway 10 abandoned in a field with neither the suspect Kelly Baht nor Stephanie Bruch being located. Then, on Monday the two were found walking down Highway 35 south of Bankend.

Kelly Baht was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for being unlawfully at large. He was arrested in relation to that warrant, and remains in custody. Regina Police continue a separate investigation.

The RCMP investigation is now considered complete.
