Ruth Street will be closed between Clarence and York avenues starting at 8:00 a.m. Friday for catch basin work. The intersection at Ruth Street and Albert Avenue will be closed during this work. Detours will be in place. The project is expected to take two days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
