Louisa Halkett of Prince Albert has won the big prize in the Western Canada Lottery Corporation Vault Breaker jackpot of just over $1.46 million dollars. She is going to put her new winnings toward the purchase of a house and new truck. She said she also hopes to take a vacation in Banff when it’s safe to do so.
